Eating food is something most of us do a few times a day that occasionally we don’t even think about. But, if you take a moment to recognise all that went into bringing food from the land or water to our plates, it just makes you just want to sing a great big 'Thank You' to everyone who had anything to do with it. Best sung at the dinner table, while bopping in your seat and waving your hands in the air at whoever just put food in front of you.
